As the spread of our old disease slowly begins to die off, a new one is born, a new epidemic growing rapidly, faster than ever infact. Infecting more areas and injecting the so called poison we live for, injecting our Epidemic from the syringe of the community. While the old disease never lost it's fear, the fear of it is now forgotten as the new disease begins spreading with more force and power than ever with enough force and hype for global domination, but we are not a pandemic, we do not seek to destroy the world while we do seek domination, our infection is a privilage not a punishment. Not everyone is cut out to be the diseased, to live with the evil in their bloods, to let it pulse through their veins. Not everyone is cut out to do what we do or even begin adjustments towards our lifestyle. We are a rare and unique race of human beings that are however growing at a ludacris speed. In the darkness, light never shines brighter making it the center of attention, turn off the flashlight and join the darkness before the flashlights turns off you. We are not good, nor are we evil, we are simply Epidemic. Anyways, after that ridiculous introduction making Epidemic Gaming sound like Hell's Army, yeah, we're spreading and spreading rapidly which is one of the primary reasons for this new website. The new website will allow a lot more community management, giving us the ability to easilly appoint community recruitment officers, news posters and more. The community will spread more rapidly than ever and this sexy new site will sit side by side with the community assisting it the entire way. As far as our servers go, expect server population to increase as well with both Epidemic TSRP and GTA with recent events, releases and news on the way. The development of this website has taken up a lot of administration time and paused many other events, this also will soon be a thing of the past while more staff recruitment possibilities open up to the community. We may be an epidemic but let's face it, we're throwing controllers at eachother instead of throwing up blood. Stay tuned with this website as more modules, sections and opportunities than ever open up and rather than keeping undercover with our community ordeals, I figured I'd give you guys a bit of an update on what's coming/already here. - More organized event calander updated daily with new events on the way including team practice times, get-togethers, tournaments and more all very well worth attending.
- Built-in advanced server monitoring systems and stats systems in most of our public servers.
- Wikidemic, an Epidemic Wiki allowing users to keep eachother informed & up-to-date on the newest things with Epidemic as well as the old, giving eachother the helping hand needed.
- Reaper Tube - a built in YouTube-Like component allowing users to post videos, comment, rate, view and have fun posting the latest in gaming and casual videos.
- Updated Download Section - Yeah, it's actually going to be kept up to date this time, we promise. We'll be putting all the community supported & free downloads here for everyone to have a field day with.
- Updated Reaper FM - Stay tuned for this, it's coming, we don't know how it's gonna look, but it's coming alright.
- Epidemic Community Builder - Shit's the newest thing on a golden platter, allowing users to customize their profile more than ever about what's important to them.
- Epidemic's new store will also be up and running soon.
And there's, of course, a lot more than just that on the way. I hope you all enjoy the new, nicer and faster site as well as it's features and like I said, keep an eye open for staff recruitment, it's going to be big and you'll have your chance to shine if you're eligible, expect a possibly whomping 30 staff member recruitments in the near future. Also, get involved with the Epidemic League Teams while you still have the chance, pre-season doesn't last forever and in this case, "too late" is right around the corner. We understand that many of the website features are either not entirely functioning if functioning at all and the construction of this website has been done by an army of two so bare with us. |
